Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and Google have created Channel Autonomous University of Madrid on YouTube, for the creation and dissemination of videos as tools for teaching and outreach activities of our university.

Taking advantage of this framework and with the aim of facilitating communication with library users, the Library and Archives has created in this channel a Playlist own as reflected in the various materials produced.

Through the playlist is accessed on the various audiovisual material libraries that integrate, reporting on different aspects of both the services offered, such as activities performed, its location and facilities, etc.

BioOne is a database created by a nonprofit organization, which contains 160 titles of mainstream journals on topics in biology, ecology and environmental science.

BioOne was created in 1999 by five organizations - American Institute of Biological Sciences (AIBS), SPARC (the Scholarly Publishing & Academic Resources Coalition), The University of Kansas , Greater Western Library Alliance and Allen Press - to correct some inequalities associated with the publication of scholarly journals.

The Biographical Drama: Film exhibition in May and June 2011 Law

This time we selected as the theme for this new exhibition the genre of biographical drama, the film tells the biography of a real person with some historical licensing.
The exhibition website can get an introduction to the genre and the many films that illustrate the "film biography" of our film library and law . These are shown with full references in the library catalog of the UAM linking well with his title role in BFI. Can be found in the movie exhibitor Law Library, in lower room. This exhibition will be available during the months of May and June 2011.
